Hello my name is Eric Green AKA The Digital Gangster. I have been marketing online since April of 2007. I remember distinctly putting my first video on Youtube actually on my birthday of that year. For the past 15+ years I have been involved in the sales and marketing arena and I have done it all from door to door cold calling, to telemarketing, and working with small business owners to Large fortune 500 executives. 
When I discovered the Internet and began to understand the power of self branding and how much my personal brand equity meant I began to position myself online. I am very passionate about on line team building and over the last three years have worked with some of the top Network & Internet Marketers around the Globe. It still amazes me that I have relationships with other marketers that span from the USA to Australia and all points in between.
I consider myself a Hybrid Marketer. The reason I use the term Hybrid marketer is I love working both on and offline to develop my brand but also flip between working with large networks on line building home based business opportunities with Individual Entrepreneurs & also working with small to mid size businesses to empower them to build brand equity and leverage the Internet to dominate their markets.
I am pretty down to earth and believe that being passionate about something is just the beginning for anyone. Once you have found your passion you have to work with reckless abandon to get to where you want to go. I can promise anyone who really wants to pursue a passion that you will experience failure and get frustrated beyond belief but if you remain steadfast and don’t quit, what you think is a pipe dream could very well become a reality.
